hello
I'm a vodafone call ya Smartphone Special with 2 GB , 9,9€ month
i want to ask if is possible to change to CallYa Digital with 10 GB of data but keep my number or it’s only possible if I change to Smartphone Allnet Flat with 4 GB of data.
I really need 10gb but I try to change online but I can’t because it ask me a number from another provider..

Yes, it's currently possible.

You have to write an email to customerservice.o@vodafone.com with following facts:
- Copy (both sides) of your ID
- Copy (both sides) of your debit card (Girocard)
- Email subject: Callya/ your mobile phone number/ Digital
Due to a flood of emails the process could be take a while (8-10 days). You will get a SMS with a date of activation. 🙂

the tariff can only be changed by the callya team while retaining the telephone number.
please send a copy of your identity card and bank card by e-mail to callya.digital@vodafone.com
as subject please enter callya/customer number/digital.
you will get a sms for confirmation after the setting.
