CALLYA FLEX - 1GB with 50 Min or SMS = Not Available to Request

I want to request this plan but it is not available either on Vodafone Login on webpage or either on app Mein Vodafone.

Please let me know how may I change my prepaid to have this plan.

Hi @andrenvillela,

When you opened your CallYa flex app then you should see a slider. Move this slider above till 1 GB is shown.

I don't get to that point... when I open the app, after login getting a password through sms I get stuck on the page attached

Do you use the CallYa flex app? Please open the app without wlan access. Use the mobile data connection. Then it should be possible to get access without a password.

There is any other way to change my prepaid plan to basic callya flex 50 Min-SMS & 1GB data?

Maybe by sms, or USSD code...
