No Hotspot signal connection

Hi,

I have a hotspot account at my apartment and it was working  fine till yesterday, now the hotspot signal is lost and I cannot see it in my apartment any more, there is a very weak signal which keeps disconnecting me and I found the Id:

HH-1-2573796

can anyone please help me?

does it work again in the meantime? Is only the Homespot affected or all of them?
