Hello, I have already filled out a contact form (as I have seen it suggested here on the forum). However they told me to write here instead since it is in English.
I will just copy the whole text again.
"I have purchased the WLAN hotspot flat rate monthly subscription recently. Since then I have been unable to use the Internet connection without interruptions.
I have two connections available to me (one Homespot and one Hotspot) and both lose their Internet connection randomly, without disconnecting me from the Wifi connection itself. This has made using Internet normally impossible. I have contacted the Vodafone Service via Twitter and they told it could be caused by too many users, in which case nothing can be done.
I would like a termination of contract and refund (not to be charged).
If this is not possible for some reason, then I wish a termination as soon as possible (at the end of the month I am asked to pay for). Please let me know my options.
I am even sending this form for a second time using my mobile data since the Vodafone Hotspot broke again and the first form was probably not sent.

The colleagues have already taken care of the cancellation. A refund of the fee is not possible. The fault must first be checked.

Please pay the 22,89 Euro by bank transfer. A direct debit is unfortunately not possible.
