I have received new sim card and there is no network on it. What to do? I went to vodafone store they said to contact online support prepaid cards are not supported in store.

Issue is resolved now, I tried whatsapp qr code scan and all got resolved thank you this thread can be closed.

Yes it was activated before. I have ordered new one recently as I took new mobile phone and didnt have micro simcard. So the new micro sim does not have network.
