iphone 13 - my order is over a month and half delayed and I have no phone :(

I made my contract on Red on October 15th and still didn't receive my new iPhone 13. I completely understand the manufacturer delays, but I am walking around with an old Nokia since my phone broke down :(. Can anyone help? I don't mind switching to any other color o memory size.
