We have an intermittent TV, Internet and phone connection. The horizon box keeps restarting and the fan speed is very high. I cycled the power, unplugged for 15 minutes , tried a device reset from the menu but it did not fix the problem.

Is the HZ box free standing? Check whether there is any dirt in the fan. If not, contact customer service via WhatsApp so that we can help.
