urgent new connection

hello,

I bought new connection, i cant speak german,

While booking online , i bymistakenly ordered 2 connections , so via dhl i just took one and returned other.

Now when i receievd the box, i also added contract via activation code, my internet is not working , i mean the speed is less than 1 mbps, my plan is 50mbps....

please tell me what to do??
