Hello,
I've recently contracted Internet with Vodafon and installed router yesterday (Customer number will be provided on request )
But Internet still doesn't work and flashes red light on the router ...
I've tried to check with IP address and it says DOCSIS offline.
Please kindly check this problem asap, as it is pretty urgent for me ...

Is there any update on my issue?
So far nobody contacted me and none came to my place to fix my issue. It has already been 3 full working days(7 days is total). Can you please provide me a estimated time by when my connection will be fixed?
