Very unstable internet connection

Hi,

I apologize for my German skills not being strong enough to describe my problem.

I’ve been a Kabel customer for almost 3 years. I’ve started facing severe problems with the Internet connection after I moved to a new apartment. The internet connection with all my device is often unstable or completely missing. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, but had no improvement. Vodafone Speedtest says that the problem is in between my router and the devices. My wi-fi was working seamlessly in the previous apartment, and I haven’t changed the router/configuration since then. All the devices (laptops, mobile phones, TV) suffer from the connection problem, even if I place it just next to the router. The Internet is either not working at all, or demonstrate a speed below 1MBit. On rare occasions it works normally.

What can I do?

Hello JustAStrager,

 

is only the connection via WiFi affected? What does it look like via LAN?

 

Which router do you have from us? In which state do you live?

Both LAN and WiFi are affected. I am using the Vodafone station. I live in Berlin, 10827.
