Hello, since many months the download speed of my cable connection is very slow.
The connection is in Berlin, it's a "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" and Internet is provided through a Vodafone Station model CGA6444VF. No matter how I connect to the router (WiFi or LAN cable) and regardless of the device (Apple mobile, Samsung mobile, Windows laptop, Chrome laptop), the download speed is always between 20 and 40 Mbit/s, i.e. very far from the contractual speed of 100 Mbit/s. On the other hand, the upload speed reaches the contractual 10 Mbit/s.
I called several times the number 800 1721212 and tried all the measures from the chatbot in the netz-assistent (restart, unplug and plug again, etc.), but the situation hasn't changed.
It's pointless to pay for 100 Mbit/s when the best I get on good days is 45 Mbit/s, so I am considering to move to a different provider.

Hi Kurt. Thanks for your reply. I understand, but I don't have Facebook or Twitter. How can I get my problem addressed?
In the meantime, today a record low of 26 Mbit/s download speed against the contractual 100.
