I had a problem with Internet for months. It was always slaw although we had Vodafone-500 plan. Since May 2021, it had been off several times per day. Tech team could not find a reason and we agreed to terminate the contract. I was recommended to change a router. I did so and got a new plan, Vodafone-100. At least bit to overway for such apoor service. With new plan is got simply impossible to use internet. I asked to send a tech specialist to my address several times but never received a reply. Now I simply want to terminate the contract because I will be moving soon and I don't want to take anything bad with me to a new house.

Where are you from (postcode)?
Are the interruptions directly on our cable router or via wifi?
