Unstable cable intenet Max 1000 (1 week trial)

Hello, 
I changed to the cable internet Max 1000 last week, and for 1 full week have found the connection very unstable, and when running speed tests from different devices over this timeframe, I have never found a speed ever above 600mbps.

Do I have an error with my CMTS?

we'll be happy to take a look at it. In which state do you live, which cable router is used and are your devices connected via LAN or W-LAN?
