UTOPIA: FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop - Constant errors

Hello,

I just moved into my new apartment (and Germany). My router keeps rebooting all the time. I check the log and I get several "UTOPIA: FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop" or similar errors. From a bit of googling, it seems to be a common issue and it is usually solved after contacting Vodafone.

The problem is that the contract is on my landlord's name. I can either explain the problem to my landlord and then he can deal with vodafone and then get back to me, which is very inefficient. It would be much easier to talk directly with Vodafone myself. Do you know if that's possible? And if yes, what kind of information will I have to ask from my landlord?

Hi @orestis000,

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

Regards

Tobias
