URGEND openbook Wi-Fi still not work for 5 days

Dear Vodafone,

I reimbursed my Cable Internet five days ago but wifi still doesn’t work and I need it for my job. Could you please reconnect me as soon as possible?


(I tried to reach you by phone and email many times but without success so trying here).

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
