Dear Community member,
From last 3 weeks I am facing terrible internet connection at Landsberg am lech 86899.
I am using the LAN connection and time to time internet get disconnected I have already tried with restarting the device multiple times but no luck.

Hello Mahak,
the connection is indeed very poor. The levels on the modem on all downstream frequencies are too low and cause too many errors during transmission. This causes dropouts and bandwidth problems. Is the supplied cable permanently connected between the modem and the antenna socket? If not, a technician will need to look at this.
He needs access to the house distribution system, the connections in the living room and an info if there are known diseases with Covid 19 in the household. Please also note and read this.

The connection cable is connected with modem and the modem is not in living room but in the children bedroom. Does this make any difference?
How these frequencies can be set ?

Modem was located in living room in the starting . Because there was problem with WLAN and to use the LAN option I have moved the modem to another room (current place) 5-6 months before
