Hello Vodafone,
My appologies for writing this on english, but my german is very bad( curently learning ).
So i'm a new customer to Vodafon,
My plan is "Red Internet and Phone 250 Cable U"
Post code / Location Klein-Welzheim, 63500.
Router : Vodafon Station .
Before 2 weeks i received the Box, i connected the box at home but connection did not came up. I asked for technician to check, he came and told me that the cable between my apartment and Unitymedia is broken and everything with the Unitymedia located in basement is ok. So i decided to connect the Vodafon Station to the Unitymedia to see what will happen , yes now i have internet connection, but that connection is too slow, less than 0.5 Mbit/s which is not enought to check my mail .
To the Vodafon station i have attached RPI 4 and bellow you can see the iperf results , first one is between Vodafon Station and RPI which is directly attached to one of the port and another test to iperf server :

Hi Mancho
Based on your description, I can't tell if you have connected the vodafone station correctly. Take a look at our YouTube video: Connecting the Vodafone station

Hello ,
Yesterday technicial came to at home to check the problem.
After some checks he decided to change the amplifier of the signal. Now the situation with the speed is better but still around 10 times slower than my plan (My plan is 250 Mbit/s) .
Tests from my machine which is attached directly to Vodafon station (to eliminate the Wifi)

In attachments you can find outout from the Vodafonbox.
Tell me what's next in order to get the speed for which i pay, because if this is the maximum then i'm not happy to pay for 250 Mbit/s and to receive 25Mbit/s....
If on my address is not possible to get 250 Mbit/s then what speed i can get?
What are the next steps of troubleshooting ?
Best regards,

Hey Mancho,
I am very sorry that you continue to have problems with your internet. Of course, it's not supposed to be like this.
In order for me to open a ticket for you again, I need at least 2 speed tests via LAN cable. These should not be older than 48 hours. Please leave a gap of 6 to 8 hours between the tests.
Please report back here as soon as you have the results.
Kind regards
R4mona

Hello,
Thank you for your answer. Ok no problem i can perform more tests after few days. If you want i can perform iperf tests to Vodafone hosts or other destinations in order to get more relevant information for the issue.
Best regards,

Hey, Mancho,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
I will carry out the speed tests at my leisure. Feel free to report back here as soon as you have done so. Then we'll be happy to create a ticket and find a solution together.
Kind regards
R4mona
