Slow VPN Connection

Hello,

While connected to a Vodafone internet if I turn on my company's private VPN the speed drops drastically. I already talked to my company's tech ops team and it seems like there are no issues on their end.

Can you help me with this?

what software did yo use for the VPN?
Is there a limitation in it?
