Slow Internet - only 51 - 100 Mbps

Cable connection

New Fritzbox 6660 gives only 51 -100 Mbps speed while the contract is for 1000 Mbps. Have tried everything including Factory reset of the modem.

Have tried connecting different devices. With LAN cable it gives upto 600 Mbps. 

How to contact vodafone? Seems like faulty modem? Please help
