No internet!!!

Hello,

I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.

Today I received the router and connected it. The Internet red line keeps flashing with no internet. I activated my account using the activation code but I still has no internet. 

I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug and check the wall data plug. 

I still have no internet. 

Can you help me with this
