No Internet, DOCSIS offline

Hello.

My cable internet was installed on 30.11.2021. It always worked well. But it hasn't worked since 31.12.2021. The red intenet lamp keeps flashing all the time.  The router page displays "DOCSIS offline". I have restarted the router several times, but it still doesn't work. I don't know what's wrong with it.

You need to report the failure using the Hotline (in German language) - most likely you'll then get a technician that will check what is wrong.

Just in case: Did you get any kind of information from your landlord that your house is switching the cable network provider? In that case, your contract will have ended as Vodafone is then unable to provide you due to the switch of the cable network provider. You would then need to create a new contract with the new network operator.
