I have the same issue as with many. I recently got a new Vodafone cable internet connection. I got the router but Vodafone did not send me the adapter (My wall socket is old with two connection points). I requested the customer service after struggling badly because of the language issue ( I have recently moved to Germany) to send me the adapter but they sent something totally different. I then bought multimedia dosenaufsatz (Axing TZU 21-65 Multimedia Plug-On Adapter) from Amazon. This now fits in and I can now connect the router with the socket through adapter.
I followed the instructions but no luck with internet. I followed your troubleshooting guidance but nothing worked after trying for several hours. Currently the white LED lights of power and WiFi are continously On whereas the red light of Internet is blinking.
It has been 3 weeks since I got the connection and I am still without the internet and I am unable to work from home because of the internet issue. Please resolve this issue. I request to send the technician with the new adapter or check my connection if it is possible to do it some other way.
