Kabel stopped working for several days

Hello, 

The internet stopped working for several days here at 10961 Berlin, and it's very frustrating. I'm depending on my LTE data which is running out. 

In fact, the help menu says that there's a problem in my region, and they are working on it. But I'd like to know how many more days it will take to fix it.
