Beschweren:
Seit 3 Monaten ist die Kabelinternetverbindung sehr instabil. Jeden Tag bin ich vom Internet getrennt. Manchmal sogar 10 Mal an einem einzigen Tag. Jeder Verbindungsabbruch dauert zwischen 10 Sekunden und 10 Minuten. Manchmal muss ich den Router neu starten, um die Verbindung wieder herzustellen. Es ist sehr frustrierend, weil ich von zu Hause aus arbeiten muss. Ich bin nicht an der von Ihnen beworbenen Geschwindigkeit interessiert (ja, sie läuft die ganze Zeit mit 100 Mbit / s). Ich interessiere mich für die Stabilität meiner Internetverbindung.
Ich habe 2 verschiedene Computer und 2 verschiedene Smartphones ausprobiert. Das Problem liegt nicht bei meinen Geräten. Das Problem ist die Internetverbindung.
Können Sie diese Probleme bitte untersuchen und beheben?

P.S. for english speaking customers there is absolutely no way of reaching someone via telephone. There is also no support email available from Vodafone. That is a shame!

Today, between 10:39 - 11:06 and between 12:39-12:47 I was disconnected again.

Waiting for the technician as agreed in the ticket.

 

I am 99% sure that the problem is not at my house.

 

In July 2021 (I think it was 20th July) you changed some devices/cables around my area (notified by an email). Since then, problems began.

Vodafone technician came by and replaced all devices in the basement and some cables.

 

Issue is still present. I am still randomly being disconnected from the internet.

 

It is already 2 months since I reported this problem on this channel. I am tired.

 

Can someone from Vodafone contact me regarding closing my contract ahead of time?

Vodafone lied to me that they can provide a product and instead I only received wasted money, wasted time and a lot of frustration.

I want to close my contract with this 20year old technology and move to fiber internet from other providers.
