Hello,
I have recently moved to Germany and I do not speak much German at the moment. I have just had the technician come round to set up my internet but for some reason he was unable. He said he needed to find the TV line but I don't think he could find it. He has now left and said he will come back in a few days.
I am a bit confused by this as the previous tenants have had internet in the apartment with 1&1 for 5 years with no problem. Is a different line used? Why do they need to find the TV line when the contract is only for intenet and TV?
Could someone explain what is going on?

sorry that the entry is so difficult. Even if your previous tenant had internet, it is unfortunately not via cable.
That was the use of the DSL line.
Do I understand correctly: the technician was already there and there is still work to be done? Then the colleague will certainly contact you again.
