Hello, I have a problem with the cable internet. It is basically not working for one month. I tried everything that was suggested. I called millions of hotlines and nothing helped. I even changed the internet speed. Basically, the internet works for only 5 min per few hours. I contacted your customer service and I was told it's some made-up problem with "mega cable" internet changed for better for 3 days after the contract was changed and now its again not working. I really feel like it's all a scam. It is unacceptable. I need to work from home and as I said for MONTH it is impossible. Of course, I am really angry at this point. Please come up with some sort of solution as soon as possible. Thank you. My Kundenummer:***.

and this is exactly what colleagues have a problem with. If the problem does not occur, you cannot check anything. This is only possible if the problem persists and therefore the fix is delayed.

Actually i dont think it is my problem to figure this out. Vodafone is not working again i got No support at all i paid for more than month for service that is not working. I think it is just stealling from people. What are the termo of cannelling the contract in case when you are unable to provide service i Am paying for?

we cant offer something actually,- besides that 50GB once every 16 days on a vodafone mobilenumber.

Hello INTERNET IS NOT WORKING AGAIN it has been already a month since this ridiculous forum conversation started. I was promised 50% off and I still had to pay full price. I was promised a backup solution and this was also a lie. I have had no stable internet connection since DECEMBER. This customer service is no help at all. I demand an immediate solution to this problem or I will contact Consumer Ombudsman and lawyers. I was unable to do my job for 3 MONTHS.
