Internet not working

Hello,

My cable internet connection has not been working since 08.8.2022 around 5pm. I am in the Hesse area. 

The power cable light blinks green.

 In addition I see a bill for €10 with no info on what it is for?

I try all the self fix methods on your site and the automated call is in German. Please could you help?

did you try a different coaxial cable and antenna socket if you have one? If that doesn't help please contact us via Facebook or Twitter.
