Internet not working since 12.30 - Bremen 28201

As title, internet 200/50 is not working in Bremen-Neustadt 28201 since 12.30.

I have Fritzbox 6591 and the top led (internet) blink since then, even after a complete detach/attach/reset of each cable.

The router says that internet is "connecting".
