My internet connection is down since yesterday. Please let me know if you need any information to move forward. Thank you.

I'm sorry that your internet connection is offline. Have you already restarted the router?

 

The quickest way to report the malfunction is by calling 0800 172 1212.

 

Alternatively, you can send me a private message with your customer number and a callback number. .

 

Note that I cannot reply immediately and that it will take longer to process.

Thanks for getting back to me. It was down around 9AM for about 1 hour and for 30mins around 6:30PM then it was pretty smooth after that.

there was another return path error and our technicians were able to finally eliminate it. Now there should be no more failures.
