I'm sorry that your internet connection is offline. Have you already restarted the router?
The quickest way to report the malfunction is by calling 0800 172 1212.
Alternatively, you can send me a private message with your customer number and a callback number. .

Thanks for getting back to me. It was down around 9AM for about 1 hour and for 30mins around 6:30PM then it was pretty smooth after that.
