Internet Issues after Installation

I am unable to contact customer support as I do not speak german and I cannot get past the robot operator. 

My router constantly restarts and flashes all of the lights sequentially, I cannot connect to it by LAN or WIFI. My installation was yesterday and it was working fine until last night.

I can gladly take a look at the connection, but can you before that check that thread here? 😉 After that, i can take a look.

Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
