I apologize for writing this message in English, but I have just moved to Germany and my German is still pretty weak.
I am a new customer and I made a request for a 250 Mbps cable internet connection. I received the router and I have connected the device according to the instructions given in the box, but the Internet light is still blinking red. I have connected and disconnected the router, and have waited for a while now.
Instructions and information online say I can activate the internet myself, and I have registered in the Vodafone website, but I'm affraid I might be missing something.
