I have a cable internet connection with Vodafone and it has been patch for the past two days. Most of the time the "Phone" light is blinking in red; sometimes it's static red and sometimes it doesn't blink, but in any of these cases, I have no Internet connection.
I already have:
- Spoken to a colleague on the phone yesterday. The colleague said my situations is being looked at. My ticket number is 003-0711621/23
- Unplugged and replugged the router
- Turning off the router for 3 minutes and turn back on
Sometimes, the connection is back, but most of the time, it is back for 10 minutes; then it's gone again for half an hour or more.
I already have a router that was faulty and got replaced two weeks ago. My current router is TG3442DE. I live in Berlin.
I am in a desperate situatuion not being able to use my Internet for almost the entire weekend.
I hope you can please look into this as soon as possible and provide help in English. Please let me know if you any additional information from my side.
