Very pathetic. There is NO Simple ONline option to register a complaint.

Note: I have attached the snapshot of the Okla Speedtest for your reference while my laptop is connected to the wired network. Still I am getting max 40 MBPS so then WHY I should PAY for 1 GBPS Connection?

 

Something is Seriously WRONG with my Connection and I really feel being CHEATED by VODAFONE.

I would like to TERMINATE the CONTRACT if SPEED DOES NOT IMPROVE.

Hello Tobias,

This is ad-hoc and varies without any set pattern. Right Now I just checked, I got only 60 MBPS speed which too less than the 1000 MBPS connection I am paying for.

This is really Frustrating. Please help!

Thank you, there is no set time. This issue is constantly happening with fluctuation of speed. I am getting 60 MBPS speed now whereas I am paying for 1000 MBPS which is really SAD.

We are currently aware of restrictions in your area in the evening hours from 4 p.m. onwards. We are in the process of relieving the area there. Are the tests in the morning via Gigabit-LAN ok?

It is permanant Disturbance. I am NOT getting what i am paying for. I am getting roughly about 20-40 MBPS (MAX) speed then WHY should I PAY for 1 GBPS? Isnt this Cheating by Vodafone?

Where should I complain about this and Who can help me with this Situation?

I repled to Mr. Tobias privetly but he has not replied back.
