Disconnect of the internet

Hello guys,

My internet it's diconnecting a lot, it happens in this sequence:

1 minute connected

disconnected for 20 seconds

1 more minute connected

disconnected for more 20 seconds

The cicle continues

So, this problem it's happenning for more than a month and I can't get the help I need. 

I want this problem to be fixed, because it's impossible to have any kind of call of the work or watch anything, can you guys help me?

the modem was disconnected from power 14 hours ago. Has there been another disconnect since then? Can you please tell us an exact time when the connection breaks? The signal values at the modem are ok so far.

I didnt disconnect the modem yesterday, maybe its part of the problem this disconnect.

Because the problem still going on, disconnecting over and over again.

Hello RDL,

it's funny, even now an hour ago the whole connection was disconnected. Can you observe that when the connection is lost, the modem goes off and the LEDs go out? The modem can't disconnect from power by itself.
