Hello,
I have a problem setting up a new router. When I. log in to the router it says DOCSIS offline, but the "Internet" LED on the router is white (should mean no problem I guess).
It seems that the access is programmatically blocked from the Vodafone side somehow. Can someone from VF please help me? I can not solve the issue through the hotline, because I do not, unfortunately, speak German, and people from English speaking hotline were not able to help.
