Hello, I live in Berlin. I ordered Cable Internet with Vodafone Station on 24.06.2024 and received the Vodafone Station on 26.06.2024. I set up the device following the installation guide here: https://www.vodafone.de/downloadarea/Welcome_Mappe_Kabel_Router.pdf. But the internet indicator is blinking red.
I tried to use the Vodafone SuperConnect and the app says I need to add my contract to MeinVodafone account. I have not received my activation code yet so I cannot do it at the moment.
My question is: do I really need to add my contract to MeinVodafone account before the internet can be used?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

No, this is not nessesary
your problem is that there is no signal at the outlet > you need a technicain
