3 days no Internet connection

Hello,

I have issue with Internet connection - red Internet LED is still blinking. I have router TG3442DE. I resetted router, I checked all cabel connection, even replaced cabel and problem still occurs. What can I do more?
Is there a possibility to plan a technician visit and check this?

I tried to call several times on service line but no one speaks English there..
