Hello, I have a problem with DSL250 internet. There's red light appeared so I bring router to factory settings, but it doesn't help. It's say there is DSL connection but no internet/IPv4 connection...
What I can do? Where I can get support in English?

Hey TwojaStara,
i'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.
Which router are you using (so that we have an information what the glowing led means, depends on the device).
If you did reset the router to factory defaults, you need to configure it with the modeminstallationcode.
Otherwise the router gets a dsl signal, but without your login credentials its not working.
Did that work? Did you get any error message?
