Hello,
im reallly tired !!!!
i have been waiting for my internet to be fixed one month and a a half ago. I have changed my adress and then waited for the technician to come and change the line and he came actually after one month and now my internet is still not working !!!!!
i configured the router and also tried to get in touch with English speaking costumer service but I was not lucky .....
the Telefon line in the router is always red ...
I need an immediate reply/ solution or withdraw my contract because I waited allooooot more than normal and I really need the internet to work !!!!!!!!!!

please excuse that your internet is still not working.
I'll be happy to look into why that is.
Please send me a PN with the customer number and the customer password. Alternatively, you can also send me the name, address and date of birth of the contract holder.
