Ipv4 and ipv6 not connecting

Hi,

I had my vdsl connection installed recently. It worked fine for some time and now i get a red light on the internet led on the router. When i check the diagnostics i am not able to connect to either ipv4 and ipv6 they both get stuck on connecting. Can someone help?
