Hi,
I have no internet for 2 months now. I've been visited by a tecnician once and he said that he cannot solve my problem that day, so he said that Vodafone will contact me later. Almost 1 month passed and no contact. I tried to contact constumer service but everyone refused/denied to reach me in English. Even tho I understand, hope I can have a contact of a English speaker here.
My goal is that this person order me a tecnician to come and reconect my internet, if not im forced to cancel my contract, as it's very alarming that i'm paying for a service that doens't work for 2 months.

Hey domingosetrela,
i'm so sorry to hear that your landline is stillt not working.
Even if major construction works were necessary - this cannot take months....
Please send me a private message with your dslcustomer/mobilenumber.
