My internet cuts out and shows this screen (see attached) at least once a day, often interrupting important video calls. It will happen even though all Kabels are plugged in.
Why does this happen???
I hope I will not have to switch to Telekom.

Hey copu95,
this looks like the router looses the dsl synchronisiation.
May be faulty router, a defect on the landline itself....
My colleagues from the technical department will have a closer look into this.
In the meantime you could try to do a factoryreset of the easybox & reconfigure it with the modeminstallationcode.
Please send me a private message with your dsl customer & mobilenumber.
Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine Nachricht".

yes, every day when it happens i factory reset the easybox which works most of the time. It can take up to 20 minutes to get back running sometimes though and i really can't afford for the internet to cut out during a video meeting again!
