Someone used my email to sign up for your services and I haven't been able to find an email to contact support. I have called, however have been on hold and unable to reach anyone.

Hey HRoark,
this was most likely a typo of a different customer (if you did not sign up for any kind of contract).
We send only mails to a confirmed mail adress - did you click any kind of confirmation link?
Do you have any kind of information regarding the contract partner or what kind of contract we are talking about (dsl,mobile,cable,fibre...)?

I never clicked on accepting link, however am getting emails about installation, etc. Do you want me to post the customer info here? Happy to forwaard the email. The customer name doesn't match the email address so I found it to be of immediate concern.
