Hello,
My internet has not been working lately. I have tried to restart the device as well but the DSL light keeps flashing and I cant connect to the internet.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

Is there any other customer support for english since there is no response on facebook.
My internet has not been working for a week now and its urgent as I am unable to get in touch with them through their contact number.

when you write us on Facebook, our KI TOBi asks you some questions about your contract. Please answer him as far as possible. After he has the required data he'll lead you to one of our English speaking agents.
