DSL does not work

today I had an appointment for DSL installation. The technician didn't show up.

My DSL does not work even after resetting the router multiple times.

The Vodafone store cant help! 

The number 08001721201 does not speak english and I cant speak german.

I need help

i'm sorry that the technician did not show up.

Sadly there is no dedicated english speaking hotline for dsl customers. Most agents should be able to handle a call in english nevertheless. The 0800172 1201 is our installation support hotline.
The number for the customerservice is the 0800172 1212

Please send me a private message with your dslcustomernumber/password.
I'll have a closer look into this & book the earliest appointment.
