DSL Connection error

From 30.05.2021 DSL Connection is not stable and after every five minutes it disconnect. Unable to contact English hotline service. My contract number : ***

sorry that your access isn't running atm. Please send me a private message with your customer number and password (alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner). Then I can have a look on it.
