Constant internet disconnections, again

I am facing constant disconnections on my DSL internet, again.

After an exchange of messages here on the forum, somehow my internet got a bit more stable. It seems Andre restarted my linecard and after he opened a technical ticket. On 25.05 the line got better, rarely presenting any issues, only on 28.05 and 31.05.

 

But since this Monday, 05.05, the problem is back and today it really frustrated me a lot.

These are the days and time when I got the "DSL not responding (no DSL synchronization).

As you can see, 17 disconnections in the last 5 days! It usually takes from 3 to 10 minutes to reconnect.

 

As I said on the last post, I already did everything the online helper suggests, even the factory reset, more than once.

And again, my internet, Vodafone, goes down. My landlord (that lives the floor below me) internet still works normally.

 

The technical ticket opened by Andre reported that they couldn't find the error and that I should call the service hotline if still had problems, but my German is not proficient enough for that.

It might be just a coincidence, but some of these disconnections seem to be linked to when I first start using a device.

At 5:30 I woke up and used my phone, internet went down.

At 6:30 I turned my pc on, internet went down.

At 7:30 I turned my work notebook on, internet went down.

 

Maybe the modem is deffective?

Hey Reinaldo,

I'm sorry that the landline is still not stable.

I did not measure any kind of defect router.
I've started opening a technical ticket, but this leads to a reset of the linecard.
Please observe if it gets better within the next 60 minutes.
If not - please send me a private message, then i'll finish the technical ticket.

I Have the same problem, brand new Business DSL contract!

It's outrageous, I will save the LOG from the Router with the Downtime!!!
