I’ve been a customer since January 23 and everything was amazing until August. Then I started having disruptions in the connection of my DSL. I complained again in February 24, and now I’m complaining for a third time because the issue has never been fixed.
the connection is completely unstable so as to be unusable for hours every day. I can no longer work from home. I cannot rely on the home network to call my family. Streaming is a total waste of time. How can I arrange for a new router or literally any help other than being told to turn it on and off again?
