6 days without DSL connection

After 3rd party company changed cable installation in my building DSL connection not working anymore. I called Vodafone and ticket is oppened in June 10. After 4 days I get info that Telekom technician checked cables and everything is fine. DSL still not working, and Vodafone service said that they reserved new Technician, but no further info when he will come, or when problem will be solved, not even what is actually a problem. In meantime I get info that Vodafone sent SIM card with 50GB internet. I have no Internet for 6 days now, I can't work from home, I don't have any info when problem will be solved. What else I can do?
