I'm facing the same problem as many users before me:
I purchased a CallYa Classic card from offline store via Vodafone.I received the SIM card and I can make calls and use data, but I cannot sign up to MyVodafone because I was not provided with a Customer Password.
I thoroughly triple-cheched the envelope with the card and there was no Customer Password. I have checked my email and there was no Customer Password either.
I kindly ask you to help me resolving this issue by providing a Customer Password so I could use MyVodafone.
